Gold sponsors will be recognized on the VSNJ website for one year.  Acknowledgement of this level will appear in promotional materials, on-site signage, and post-meeting communications.  Gold sponsors also enjoy all the benefits and privileges of exhibitors (see below) for 4 representatives at booth.

Silver Sponsor - $2,500

Silver sponsors will be recognized on the VSNJ website for one year.  Acknowledgement of this level will appear in promotional materials, on-site signage, and post-conference meeting.  Silver sponsors also enjoy all the benefits and privileges of exhibitors (see below) for 3 representatives at booth.

Exhibitor – Booth Fee of $1,500

The attendees will pass through the exhibit hall to attend the meeting and lunch.  The afternoon break and cocktail reception will be held in the exhibit hall.  All exhibitors are encouraged to eat lunch in the ballroom with the physicians.  The exhibit hall will be open from 11:00-11:30 am, lunch from 11:30 am-12:30 pm, break from 2:15-2:45 pm, and cocktail reception from 4:30-5:30 pm.  Exhibitors will enjoy the following benefits and privileges for 2 representatives at booth:

*One 6’ draped table display area and chairs
